The thing we like best about Shrek, is that no matter how big and famous he gets, he never forgets his roots...
Shrek was born of a book, and from the world of the fairy-tale. We have it on excellent authority that he feels very strongly about never letting go of his fairy-tale & book connection, even if he is a big-time movie star now.
And so, to celebrate the upcoming release of Shrek Forever After, we're having a day of fairy tales. There will be readings from the classics and the not-so-classics, games, and free tickets to a screening of Shrek's new film!*
*Screening will take place on May 15.
