Put on your jammies and grab your best bear! Then head for the Linden Hills Station at Lake Harriet for the PJ Party. We’ll start with milk and cookies on the platform, then board the streetcar for a trip down the line. We’ll stop for a bedtime story from a noted children’s author before we return to the station. There are two rides and each one lasts about 45 minutes.

Ticketing is handled by the Como-Harriet Streetcar Line. Tickets for the PJ Party will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a maximum of 5 tickets per household, per date. Purchasing more than 5 tickets per household, per date will result in the cancellation of your order(s). Please bring a copy of your purchase receipt along with a photo ID to the depot 15 minutes before your boarding time.

Daniel Bernstrom is a poet and the author of picture books, including a bear, a bee, and a honey tree, One Day in the Eucalyptus, Eucalyptus Tree, Song in the City and Big Papa and the Time Machine, a Minnesota Book Award winner. Daniel's books for children have been nominated for several state reading awards (Illinois, Iowa, Arizona), and he teaches as a full-time English instructor at Minnesota West Community and Technical College.
