Online ordering
Where is my tracking info?
We ship all orders using standard USPS shipping options and are unable to provide tracking information.
Where is my confirmation email?
Sometimes our emails end up in your junk folder. Please check there. If you still can’t find it, feel free to email us at info@wildrumpusbooks.com with your name and what you ordered and we can resend you the confirmation.
I received a confirmation email. Does that mean my order is ready for pick up?
No, the confirmation email simply means we have received your order. We will contact you when your order is ready!
Can I cancel my order?
You may email us at info@wildrumpusbooks.com with a request to do so and depending on where in the fulfillment process the order is we may be able to cancel the order.
Can I return my order?
Please see our Return Policy.
Do you offer in-store pickup?
Sure do! Select “in-store pick up” during checkout and we will email you when your order is ready for pick up. When you arrive, tell one of our booksellers that you're picking up an online order.

What are your holiday hours?
Wild Rumpus will be closed on Tuesday, July 4th, 2023. Other 2023 holiday hours will be announced later in the year.
Are masks required?
Masks are encouraged and appreciated and are available upon request. (We keep a box stocked right inside our front doors!) Our booksellers will remain masked.
Are you taking cash?
No, we are card only currently. We hope to accept cash again in the very near future.

Will you stock my book?
For any inquiries about stocking books, please email our buyers at info@wildrumpusbooks.com.
Can I do an event at Wild Rumpus?
We review event pitches on a case-by-case basis. Email a query to events@wildrumpusbooks.com and it will be forwarded to our event coordinators.
Employment
Are you hiring?
We not currently hiring. When we are, we will update our employment page with info here.
Can I apply for seasonal work, or if I am under 18-years-old?
You must be over 18 to work at Wild Rumpus. We do not hire for seasonal positions.
