Meet Mo.

Rumpians call him a dove—ring-necked or collared or turtledove—but the words dove and pigeon are both used to describe the type of bird called Columbidae, of which there are 300 species. Now we finally understand why he was always begging to drive the bus. Thanks for the use of your first name, Mr. Willems.

Mo's longtime companion, Curly, passed away peacefully from old age in November 2019. He had come to Wild Rumpus as a rescue and lived there for 15+ years. He still sings daily to his neighbor, Dave, who sings right back.
